I regret to announce that I have decided to leave the staff of Glamour Reese Witherspoon. Before anyone freaks out, let me just say that Mycah will continue the site as it is – GRW is not closing down! It is only me who is stepping down. The site is not going anywhere. Mycah has been without internet connection for a few months but will be back with updates soon.

I have been a fan of Reese for over a decade and running the site since 2005 so this is not a decision that I came to lightly. In fact, I have been thinking about it for a good while. While I still adore Reese Witherspoon and will continue to follow her career, perhaps occasionally report news here and stop by at the forum, I do not have the motivation to continue running the site. I suppose this mainly sources from the fact that Reese has been acting in movies very little lately. While I sincerely respect the fact that she prefers to spend time with her family, out of the spotlight, it is not super-motivating for me to continue running the site. I know that we have Four Christmases to look forward to but I am personally not very much into romcoms and I would prefer to see Reese work on something more substancial and challenging a la Walk the Line.

Who knows, I may very well be back in the future if things change but for now, I feel I am not doing justice on the site when I have so little motivation – and time – to update.
