Reese attended a New York screening of her new movie Mud last night, and posed with her director Jeff Nichols, and co-stars Matthew McConaughey and Sarah Paulson. Reese looked pretty in a little black Yves Saint Laurent dress, with YSL shoes and clutch, and Loree Rodkin earrings. She greeted the photographers, but did not stop to talk to reporters.
The BBC have some footage of Reese posing on the red carpet, as do USA Today, whose footage you can see further down this post. The first photos have been added to our Gallery, and I’m sure more will pop up soon!

As expected, our lovely Reese attended The Oscars on Sunday night, looking beautiful in a cobalt blue dress by Louis Vuitton. She walked the red carpet with her husband close behind, and inside the ceremony Reese presented an award (though I don’t know which yet as I haven’t watched the show). After the ceremony Reese and Jim hopped over to the prestigious Vanity Fair After Party, where they celebrated the night with pals Isla Fisher, Naomi Watts and Jennifer Aniston.
I apologise for my delay in posting photos, but I have now started off our coverage with 41 HQ photos from the red carpet. There are many more to follow, so keep checking back in the next few days. Enjoy the gorgeous photos of Miss Reese, and don’t hesitate to leave a comment here if you want to let everyone know what you thought of her look

Nicole Kidman, Halle Berry, Reese Witherspoon, Sandra Bullock Presenting at Oscars
Four former Best Actress winners will converge on stage at this year’s Oscar telecast, the show’s producers said Wednesday.
Halle Berry, Sandra Bullock, Nicole Kidman and Reese Witherspoon will present an award, although the show’s producers were mum about whether or not they will take the stage together. If they do, it may mean a return to a format that was deployed and favorably received during the 2009 broadcast.
During that show, former winners of acting awards appeared on stage together to give short speeches praising each of the nominees. That was revived in a slightly modified form in the 2010 telecast, in which co-stars or celebrity friends of the various nominees were called on to pay tribute before the winner was announced.
Traditionally, the previous winner of an acting award reads out the nominees and hands out the statue without assistance.
Berry won the Oscar for her performance as a grieving widow in “Monster’s Ball” (2001), Bullock for her work as a feisty housewife and football fan in “The Blind Side” (2009), Kidman for playing a depressive Virginia Woolf in “The Hours” (2002) and Witherspoon for channeling June Carter Cash in “Walk the Line” (2005).
Other previously announced Oscar presenters including Mark Wahlberg, Channing Tatum, Daniel Radcliffe and “Marvel’s The Avengers” cast members Robert Downey Jr., Samuel L. Jackson, Chris Evans, Jeremy Renner and Mark Ruffalo.
The Oscars will be hosted by Seth MacFarlane and will air on Feb. 24.

Last weekend, Reese and her husband attended Sean Penn’s Haiti Benefit Gala in Los Angeles. They were two of many celebrity guests attending the event to raise money for Penn’s Haiti charity. US Weekly says that Reese bid $125,000 for something, although the article further down this post gives a different figure and more details. Check out the HQ photos of Reese watching the auction in the audience in our Gallery:

Reese attended the Children’s Defense Fund Annual Beat The Odds Awards in Beverley Hills last night, where she presented Yahydia Iniguez with one of the awards of the night. The CDF Beat The Odds Awards honours young people as explained:
The CDF Beat the Odds program honors outstanding high schools students who have overcome tremendous adversity, demonstrated academic excellence and given back to their communities. Started in 1990, the program identifies and rewards young people who have experienced significant hardship in their lives and supports and trains them to become future leaders in adulthood.
Reese looked super pretty in a black lace Elie Saab cocktail dress with Christian Louboutin heels. She was accompanied to the event by her mum and daughter, although the family were not photographed together (that I am aware of). HQ photos are in our Gallery!

Last night Reese made her first public appearance since giving birth to Tennessee James, at the opening of the new rag & bone Flagship store in Los Angeles. She looked pretty in a little blue dress, and posed with fellow comedienne Cameron Diaz. The first photos have been added to our Gallery, and I will be on the lookout for more in the coming days.
Welcome back Reese!

“Being pregnant, I hope I don’t get too emotional taking a walk down memory lane,” said Academy Award-winning actress Reese Witherspoon before her Q-and-A and film retrospective June 23 at the Ritz-Carlton Chicago for an event benefiting the Gene Siskel Film Center. Witherspoon was in town to receive the Renaissance Award, following in the footsteps of honorees who include George Lucas, Jamie Foxx,Robert Downey Jr. and Nicole Kidman.
Jean de St. Aubin, executive director of the film center, introduced two-time Oscar-winning director Alexander Payne, who directed Witherspoon in “Election.” He interviewed her in a lively segment that also showed film clips from her career, including “Walk the Line,” the film for which she won a best actress Oscar.
“It’s difficult for a woman to be able to do both comedy and drama. It’s a privilege to be able to do both,” Witherspoon said. The actress is currently filming “Devil’s Knot” with Colin Firth in Atlanta. After filming is concluded, she plans on taking time off to have her baby.
Marlene Iglitzen, Gene Siskel’s widow, attended the fundraiser with her three children, Kate, Callie and Will. “Not a day goes by that I don’t think of him. He would be so proud to see all of these people here tonight.” Other attendees included Marc Klutznick (co-chair), Anita Liskey (co-chair), Camille Cook (film center founder), Shirley and Dr. Walter Massey (president of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago), Dusty and Alex Stemer, and Diana Palomar.
The more than $340,000 raised will support programming at the film center.

The previously announced ‘An Evening With Reese Witherspoon Hosted By The Gene Siskel Film Center’ took place in Chicago last night, and Reese accepted her award looking chic in a little navy blue dress. Election director Alexander Payne presented the award to her, and Reese told reporters before that he “was a big champion for me early on, and said, ‘That’s the girl I want in my movie,’ so I’ve always had a soft spot in my heart for him. And we’ve subsequently become very close friends.”
Reese gave an interview to the Chicago Sun Times for the event, and you can read that below. Over 50 photos from this event – most of which are HQ – have been added to our Gallery for you!
Congratulations to Reese on this wonderful honour!

Reese made a casual appearance at the Kidstock Music And Arts Festival in Beverley Hills yesterday, wearing a comfy looking blue striped dress and treating herself to what I expect is some frozen yoghurt! Her kids were with her to enjoy the day, but she did not pose with them. Find photos of Reese posing for the photogs in our gallery…
EDIT: Photos have now been replaced with HQ ones! We also have some cute tidbits from the event, which I have posted further down this post.

I have now finally added photos from last weekend’s Cannes premiere of Mud! Reese dazzled in a midnight blue silk chiffon Versace dress which was covered in Swarovski crystals. Her shoes were Versace, and she accessorised with Chopard jewels. She looked amazing, so elegant and beautiful! I was also happy to spot that Reese’s husband joined her after the screening – see them together here.
Over 500 HQ photos from the premiere can be now be enjoyed in our Gallery – I hope you love them as much as I did! I’ve also added photos from the after party, and additional HQs from the press conference.
