Reese has now finished filming her scenes for This Means War! She spent her last couple of days on set on Monday and Tuesday. On Monday Reese was seen rolling around with Chris Pine and Tom Hardy, and on Tuesday some of her final scenes included a scene in which she starts off by yelling at Chris Pine before they launch into a big kiss. Spoiler for the ending, maybe?! 90+ photos from these 2 days have now been added to the Gallery.
Want more photos from the set of This Means War? I hope so, because I’ve added another 170+ from the past 2 days of shooting! November 18th was a big day of action on the set, with all 3 main stars filming a car chase scene complete with guns, plus Reese getting held hostage with her wrists tied up. The day after, November 19th, seemed to be a quieter day with Reese filming scenes with Tom Hardy. Reese is looking fantastic on the set of this movie, don’t you think? Hope you enjoy all the photos!
Reese was snapped filming This Means War with her two male co-stars, Tom Hardy and Chris Pine, in Vancouver yesterday. You can see that Reese has her hands tied up, and Tom and Chris look bloody and dirty … but they’re still smiling and seem to be having a great time filming!
Reese Witherspoon finds herself having to pick between two suitors — Owen Wilson and Paul Rudd — in her new romantic comedy, ‘How Do You Know,’ in theaters December 17. Who will she choose?
“You’re looking at people that are at points in their lives that could go any way,” says Reese.
The laughable love triangle from Oscar winner James L. Brooks finds Reese as Lisa, a woman facing a difficult transition in her life who jumps into a relationship with the self-centered Matty (played by Owen). Then she meets George (played by Paul), a man who’s facing financial ruin and a federal investigation for shady deals made by his father’s company.
“Lisa and Matty have been dating for a few weeks,” explains Reese. “George and Lisa meet and it turns out to be the most horrible date ever.”
“What would happen if two people were to meet on the worst day of their lives?” asks Paul.
As the relationships progress, the three characters get more tangled as they try to navigate their own choices.
After losing its appeal to overturn an R-rating, Columbia Pictures will recut James L. Brooks’ “How Do You Know” to eliminate certain language.
Studio wants the romantic comedy film to be released with the less restrictive PG-13 rating. Pic unspools in theaters Dec. 17.
The R-rating was assigned specifically because the word “fuck” is used three times in the film, which stars Reese Witherspoon, Jack Nicholson, Paul Rudd and Owen Wilson. Normally, only one occurrence of the word is acceptable in a PG-13 rated film.
On Thursday, the Classification and Rating Appeals Board upheld the R-rating.
When a rating is upheld, filmmakers have the option of making the changes needed to secure a less restrictive rating and resubmitting the film to CARA.
Reese was snapped on the set of This Means War again yesterday, looking cute and pretty filming a scene with Tom Hardy. In between takes Reese and Tom listened to his iPod together! 30+ photos have been added to the Gallery.
