As we just mentioned in the previous update, Avon is selling Women’s Empowerment Bracelets online for $3 (£1.50) each. All 100% of the net proceeds are donated to the Avon Empowerment Fund to end violence against women. At least one in three women have been abused around the world.

As announced yesterday, Reese has launched a global United Nations campaign to end violence against women. The actress kicked off the beauty company’s new partnership with the United Nations Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM) earlier today. Avon is selling Women’s Empowerment Bracelets online for $3 (£1.50) each to benefit UNIFEM.
“Every purchase of the bracelet will help empower women 100 per cent of the profits will go directly to the Avon Empowerment Fund to support UNIFEM in their work to end violence against women. Reese: “Children just equal trash!”
Ellen: “Well let’s not quote you on that!”
I have finally gotten Reese’s Feb 28 Ellen appearance added to the site. I had a lot of things that went on during the weekend so online duties went to the back burner so I apologize for the wait. Again I just love her Ellen appearances, she’s always so adorable and funny on these! I have made screencaps of all of her goofy faces too. PS – Still looking for a clip of Regis (one that I we can actually encode/cap) thanks.

Rendition was released on Region 1 DVD last week, be sure to get yourself a copy. Although Reese’s role is smaller compared to other films, she is fantastic as always and I’m sure all fans will appreciate her performance none the less. Now that I have gotten my copy, I have made DVD Screencaps of the film and features.

Reese Witherspoon has an obsession that she says has led her to some questionable behavior.
But unlike her Hollywood contemporaries, it’s not excess partying or shopping that gives her a rush – it’s garbage.
“I like to throw a lot of things away. Particularly at Christmas, it makes me a little crazy when the trash is overflowing,” she told Ellen Degeneres on an interview airing on the comedian’s talk show Thursday.

Looking as cute as a button Reese attended the premiere of Penelope yesterday in Los Angeles. She was joined by the stars of the film, Christina Ricci and James McAvoy. Witherspoon was also pictured with Four Christmases co-star Sissy Spacek. Enjoy the photos!

It’s so nice to seem some deserved Penelope promotion for Reese!
As I posted yesterday Reese was on Good Morning America in a taped interview; view screencaps and download the video. It is a great one, and not to be missed, very insightful and funny answers from our girl! She also appeared in a fun little interview on the show Extra today; view screencaps and download the clip.
