Third on the TV appearances list for Reese yesterday was Letterman, and she looked lovely on the show in a chic red Antonio Berardi Pre-Fall 2012 dress. On the way in and out of the studios she kept warm in a black jacket by The Row … keen eyed fans will remember Reese telling Glamour magazine that she is obsessed with a black bag from that brand, so I wonder if she treated herself to this coat, or whether it was lent to her for the appearance!? Back to the Letterman interview, I haven’t watched the interview itself yet so can’t tell you what they chatted about, but knowing Reese it was sure to be a good one. Watch the video below!
I’ve added almost 100 photos of Reese arriving at the studios to tape her appearance, and she obviously took time to smile for the cameras and wave to watching fans. I will add screencaps from this interview in the next few days – I’m again trying to make sure I can get the best possible quality of screencaps for your added viewing pleasure
iVillage Exclusive – Live Chat with Reese Witherspoon. Wednesday February 15th, 7PM EST.
Listen up, Reese Witherspoon fans! Now’s your chance to get some answers straight from actress herself.
With her latest film This Means War hitting theaters nationwide on Feb. 17, the Oscar winner will be sitting down for an exclusive live iVillage video chat (ivillage.com/reeselivechat) in Los Angeles, moderated by iVillage’s Editorial Director of Entertainment, Serena Kappes. The newlywed mom of two will be ready and waiting to answer your questions — so start thinking of what you’ve always wanted to ask!
Do you want to know what it was like working with her sexy costars Chris Pine and Tom Hardy on her new film? Would you like to ask how she juggles motherhood and her career (and a new marriage!) — all while looking perfectly pulled together?
To join the chat, go to ivillage.com/reeselivechat at 7 p.m. ET on Feb. 15 (and if you can’t wait, go there now to log your questions). Once you’re there, sign in with your Facebook or Twitter account. Then join the conversation using the hashtag #AskReese if you’re on Twitter!
Reese was also on Live With Kelly yesterday, with a very animated interview with Kelly and co-host Randy Jackson. They chatted about miracle garments, the pressures of the red carpet for women, being a style icon and her character in This Means War. It was a good interview, and nice to see her chat about something different. Watch it below!
I’m going to hold off on making screencaps from this video for now, as I am hoping a better quality version will be available in a few days. Either way, you can expect to see screencaps from this interview in some format later this week.
Reese was a very busy bee yesterday, out and about in New York City to record several interviews to promote This Means War. One of those stops was at The Today Show. During the interview she chatted about working on the movie, fellow comedic actors she’s learnt from, and being a “bombshell” in the movie! She looked pretty and chic as always in a little black/navy dress with hearts on it, and black tights.
Screencaps from the interview, and photos from the taping and of Reese leaving the studios can now be found in our Gallery, and the interview itself is below!
I have now added another 200+ photos from last weeks This Means War premiere! As always with Miss Reese, there are some really great shots in there of her working the red carpet. She looks amazing! I’ll let the pictures do the talking…
The March issue of Empire magazine has a feature on This Means War, with a very funny interview and a nice full page promotional photo. I found some scans on this tumblr, and have added them to our Gallery.
I’ve also added another picture from the cast promotional photoshoot for the film!
Ready for another big This Means War update? Today I have made and added screencaptures from all the clips and TV spots for the film that feature Reese, including the 9 minute extended preview. Some of the tv spots contain additional footage that we haven’t seen anywhere else, so don’t miss the screencaps of them. My favourite clips are the paintball date and camaro date ones – both funny, and show Tom and Reese let loose in their respective clips! I also love the hilarious scene with Reese dancing in the extended clip.
What are your favourite This Means War clips/scenes that we’ve seen so far?
Reese Witherspoon may have gotten bruised and bloodied while filming her new action comedy This Means War, but it was so worth it!
She did some major lip-locking with her ridiculously hunky costars Chris Pine and Tom Hardy.
With that in mind, we hit the Hollywood premiere of the flick to find out which of the guys was the better kisser…
“Oh my gosh, that’s hard to say,” Witherspoon told us. “I mean everybody’s got their own thing going on. Tom is super sexy and handsome and Chris is super sexy and handsome. All the women on the set were just like 50-50 either way, so I couldn’t really pick.”
This Means War director McG dished that between the three stars, Witherspoon was the one who suffered the most pain.
“There were plenty of real injuries, particularly Reese, who cut her hand wide open on a piece of glass reaching over a car that had been smashed up,” McG said. “She didn’t chicken out at all. She goes for it. She has no fear. She’s given birth twice, she can do anything.”
Witherspoon played down the incident. She said with a grin, “It took like four Band-Aids.”
Reese Witherspoon hits the red carpet for the premiere of her new movie, “This Means War,” at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre where she chats with Access about taking on her sexiest role so far and first action movie. Also, she tells Access about a recent photo she Tweeted of her and Chelsea Handler.
