Video Help & Information
|
All Files zipped with WinZip and WinRAR.
You may need to download Windows Media Player (.wmv, .asf, .mpg) Real Player (.avi, .rm, .ram, .rmvb), XviD (.avi) and/or Quicktime (.mov)
In order to download the files you will need to just click the link. Do not right click, or you will be taken to a not-hotlink page. So please click the link.
» How come when I try to download a file, it takes me to (or saves) The "Not Holinking is Permitted on This Server Page".
Well, in most cases you should be right clicking on websites, but here we ask you just CLICK the image. This is so our files can't be hotlinked. Another common problem is your firewell is enabled. Be sure and disable it prior to downloading.
» How come I can hear the video but not see it?
This is a common occurance, its a codec problem. You should download XviD and it should take care of the problem.
So you're still having trouble huh? Well you should make sure that you have an up to date version of the latest software needed to watch these videos. Most of the times that is the main problem. If not that then make sure you file is opening in the proper player (For instance if you play an .wmv file in a .avi player it probably won't work, just right click "Open With" or "Properties > Open With > Apply ..." If that doesn't help here are some simple steps:
1.) Select & Click your video you wish to download. (do not right click "Save target as...")
2.) After your videos are saved onto your computer you will want to extract them. Since we have to compress them in a "zipped" (so it builds from your computer rather than our server - potentially causing it to crash) and how you do that is: right click the WinZip logo (Where you file is) and click "Extract to..." and put in the location where you want the video to go.
3.) Click the extracted video file and it should play it its required player. If not, then right click "Open with..." and select the player.
That should be it! If you are still having problems please send us an email.
